1. The book must be self-published or published by a small, \u201cindie-minded\u201d house.
\n2. The book must have been published on or after 1 January, 2013.
\n3. The book must be available for purchase, in paperback or ebook format, from a large store \u2013 Amazon<\/a> or Barnes & Noble<\/a>.
\n4. Only nominations received on or before\u00a021 April, 2014<\/strong>\u00a0will be considered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n
